Santa Rosa Ranch

The Ranch borders the Pecos River and is near, but not next to the west and south sides of the Imperial reservoir. The ranch primarily provides varmint hunting, but has access to the Pecos River and historic Santa Rosa Spring for duck and dove hunting. Varmint hunting is allowed year-around and this is the only ranch I lease where rifle hunting is allowed. Hunters have had good success with varmints, particularly feral hogs.
Double Tree Ranch

The Double Tree Ranch south of Odessa is accessed by South Loop 338, F.M. 3503 and F.M. 1787. The lease covers approximately 16.5 sections (square miles) or approximately 10,500 acres. The lease features year-around water on the two lakes in Monahans Draw, north of Loop 338, supplied by electric generating and petrochemical plants. These lakes draw wildlife of all kinds and provide duck hunting only minutes from Odessa. South of Loop 338 there are seven stock water sources with tanks that overflow into dirt tanks. This is a shotgun only bird lease.
From this site you are able to view maps, pricing information and download lease forms for all of the ranches and the Imperial Reservoir. Instructions are included for completing the leases. If you have any questions please call my office. After repeat hunters have a chance to sign up, leases are first-come first served.

JY Ranch

The JY Ranch in northwest Ector County, is approximately twenty-two and one-half sections (square miles) or 14,400 acres of land, all with great access because of numerous oilfield roads, easements and rights-of-way. The ranch lies west of State Highway 181 beginning 5 miles north of the intersection of Highway 181 and State Highway 302. The northern boundary is Sheep Pasture Road. There are seven windmills on the property that feed into metal tanks that overflow into dirt tanks.
