In the bush
You will definitely know you are ?in the bush? once you arrive in this wild semi-desert thorn bush country that resembles the African wilderness. Big deer thrive on the high-protein brush native to an area known as the Golden Triangle. This area is famous for the quality and quantity of record book whitetail grown in North America.
A one-of-a-kind experience
Come experience a unique adventure, with over 9,000 acres of high fence including 4 miles of Nueces River frontage bottomland. Ghost Apache is in a class of its own even in South Texas, with a majority of the ranch consisting of old native brush and considered ?unimproved?, in cattle production terminology. The land provides a diverse high-protein diet exceeding 20% in the winter and summer seasons. This native year-round high-protein forage is why South Texas is famous for big-antlered deer.
